This regal small “tear drop” shaped olive has been harvested when olives were still green and unriped in order to produce the so called “Agourelaio” (Early Harvest), ensuring powerful antioxidant and beneficial health properties. Exceptionally vivid deep green colour, velvety texture with a robust fruity characteristic flavor and a scent of freshly-cut grass, green leaves and wild-herbs.
